Child Sexual Abuse can be prevented --- but only with the awareness and action of our WHOLE community… so we invite all adults, 18 and over, to attend!  Please come learn how you too can help safeguard our children at a FREE Virtus® session.  To work or volunteer in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, all clergy, staff, and volunteers must hold a current and active VIRTUS certification.  For your convenience we will be offering the following session in the parish center auditorium (209 N. Hanford Ave.) as follows:

• Keeping the Promise Alive™ Refresher Program:  Saturday, November 22nd from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Participants whose current certificate has not yet expired may attend 1 ½ hr. “Keeping the Promise Alive” recertification. “This session reviews the “Five Steps” for protecting children and young people from child sexual abuse and helps participants explore ways that their parish/school/community has become a safer place because these steps have been implemented.
