Your participation in the DMI (Disciple Maker Index) Survey allows us to hear from you, to listen to what’s important to you, and to gain better insight into what may or may not be an aid to your personal spiritual growth.  To ensure that we get as much participation as possible, the DMI Survey is available to you now until June 15th in three convenient manners:
