Holy Trinity can improve the liturgy as prescribed by the revised and

Silence is to be observed at various times during the liturgy. Why and when?
Book of the Gospels is carried in the
entrance procession and placed on the altar. What is the symbolism of
the book and where it is placed?
Profound Bow During the Creed
During the recitation of the Creed, all are to make a profound bow at
the words: “by the power of the Holy Spirit … and became man.” What
does this gesture demonstrate?
Posture
At the conclusion of the Preparation of the Altar and Gifts, the
Presider gestures for the assembly to stand as they begin the response,
“May the Lord except this sacrifice . . .”
Communion reverence
“When receiving Holy Communion, the communicant bows his or her head
before the Sacrament as a gesture of reverence and receives the Body of
the Lord from the minister…the sign of reverence is also made before
receiving the Precious Blood.” (April 11, 2004)
